Snug Signature was founded by people who believe that the best holiday homes deserve the best care — and that the guests who stay in them deserve something genuinely memorable.
How we began
A small collection, looked after properly
Snug Signature grew out of a simple frustration: too many beautiful properties being managed by agencies that treated them as inventory rather than homes. We'd stayed in enough of them — and heard from enough owners — to know that something better was possible.
We started with three properties and a straightforward promise: we would only take on homes we'd be proud to stay in ourselves, and we'd manage them with the same care we'd want for our own. That promise hasn't changed.
Today we look after a small, carefully chosen collection across England and Scotland. We're not trying to be the biggest. We're trying to be the best — for the owners who trust us with their homes, and for the guests who choose to stay in them.

We're a tight-knit group of property professionals, hospitality specialists, and people who simply love beautiful houses. Between us we've worked in luxury hotels, estate management, interior design, and travel — and we bring all of that to the way we look after our properties and our guests.
Charlotte Hale
Founder & Director
Charlotte spent twelve years in luxury hotel management before founding Snug Signature. She oversees every new property partnership and sets the standards the whole team works to.
James Whitfield
Head of Property
James manages the day-to-day running of our portfolio — from maintenance oversight to housekeeping standards. If something needs doing, James makes sure it's done properly.
Sophie Crane
Guest Experience
Sophie handles all guest communications and arrivals. Her background in travel and hospitality means guests always feel looked after, from first enquiry to final departure.
